Kristina is a dedicated recruitment specialist with a genuine passion for the not-for-profit sector, specialising in fundraising, marketing, and communications roles across Australia.

Whilst studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and HR, Kristina simultaneously found herself stepping into the world of recruitment, supporting associations and membership-based organisations, without quite knowing what she was getting into! It didn’t take long, however, for her to uncover a genuine passion for both recruitment and the not-for-profit sector. Since 2021, she has established herself as a trusted consultant to non-profits across Australia, helping build high-performing fundraising and marketing teams that create meaningful social impact.

Known for her warm and consultative approach, Kristina takes pride in getting to know each organisation’s mission and fundraising strategy in depth. She supports clients not just as a recruiter, but as an advisor on team structure and candidate fit and is equally passionate about guiding professionals through their career journeys in the sector.

With experience recruiting across all fundraising revenue streams and with her own background in marketing, Kristina brings nuanced insight to every brief. She’s driven by the belief that great fundraising and marcomms professionals are at the heart of every thriving non-profit and is proud to play a role in bringing those people together.

Outside of work, you will find Kristina relaxing at the beach, enjoying good food and drinks, and spending quality time with her nearest and dearest.
