At Impact Advising, we believe in going beyond recruitment to create meaningful, lasting change in the nonprofit sector. From day one, we’ve prioritised purpose over profit, and our mission has always been to support the incredible work being done by nonprofits and for purpose organisations across Australia.
As we celebrate our first year in business, we are thrilled to introduce The Impact Fund - an initiative designed to directly give back to the sector that has supported us from the beginning.
With The Impact Fund, we aim to empower organisations dedicated to making a real difference in their communities, by providing them with financial support and resources to help them drive social change.
The Inaugural Impact Fund - 2025
As part of our commitment to giving back, we are excited to announce the launch of The Impact Fund, with a total contribution of $20,000 to nonprofit organisations making a real impact. The fund will provide three contributions:

As we continue to grow as a business, our aim is to expand this fund each year, increasing our contributions to nonprofits that are driving social impact.
Our goal is to make The Impact Fund an annual initiative that provides increased funding and support, empowering more organisations to scale their efforts and achieve meaningful, sustainable change. With every year, we hope to increase the size of the fund to meet the growing needs of the sector, further amplifying our mission to prioritise purpose over profit.
